NATURALEZA Y CONTROL / NATURE AND CONTROL

El pasado 15 de diciembre de 2021, en la Sala de Exposiciones de la Casa de Cultura de Zizur Mayor, se inauguró la exposición “Naturaleza y Control”. La serie aborda el modo en que el hombre intenta imponer a la naturaleza, de un modo que va de lo evidente a lo sutil y a menudo poco perceptible, sus propias leyes. Aquí no tiene cabida una crítica severa, se trata más bien de observaciones que no rebasan los límites de lo amable en nuestro mundo diario. Estamos hablando de avisos, “recordatorios” a una naturaleza que queremos controlar, como si le dijésemos hasta aquí redes llegar, ahí queda tu mundo, y es hermoso, pero es otro, pertenece a otro lugar. La relación que se propone con la escena parece limitarse al ámbito de lo estético, pero se trata solo de una primera impresión.

On December 15, 2021, in the Exhibition Hall of the Zizur Mayor House of Culture, the exhibition «Nature and Control» was inaugurated. The series deals with the way in which man tries to impose on Nature, in a way that goes from the obvious to the subtle and often hardly noticeable, his own laws. Here there is no room for severe criticism, rather it is about observations that do not exceed the limits of what is kind in our daily world. We are talking about warnings, “reminders” to a Nature that we want to control, as if we were telling it up to here you can get, there is your world, and it is beautiful, but it is another, it belongs to another place. The relationship that is proposed with the scene seems to be limited to the aesthetic sphere, but it is only a first impression.
